What should I do if my order is returned back to sender?Updated 7 months ago

Unfortunately, packages are occasionally sent back to us by the shipping carrier. There are a few reasons this can happen.

  1. The package is damaged in transit.

  2. The address given is incorrect. Always double-check your address before placing an order.

  3. Nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts.

  4. Due to local and regional lockdowns, the shipping carrier's ability to deliver packages is impacted in affected areas.

We will typically refund your items and notify you by email once we process your return package. We are unable to estimate how long this process can take as the timeline greatly varies depending on the situation. If you see your order has been returned to sender, please contact us through the help portal so we can investigate.
